The existing and new teachers of Sri Venkateswara Group of Schools are oriented by Team Chrysalis to upgrade themselves as adepts at such an art of teaching life and education together to children. The books of Chrysalis for grades 1 & 2 are introduced to the teachers. The strategies of effective classroom management were demonstrated by the representatives of Team Chrysalis.
