78th Independence Day

Sri Venkateswara Matric. Hr. Sec. School celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism on 15.08.2024 in Tulsi garden.
This year Theme for Independence is “Vikasit Bharath” was reflected in all events of celebration. The event aimed to instill a sense of national pride and unity among students, teachers and staff.
– The program began with a flag-hoisting ceremony by the Mr. SANJEEV , Director, E4U
– Students sang patriotic songs, including the national anthem.
– A mass drill -Rhythm of body was performed by all students from grade 6-12
– A cultural program featuring welcome dance, ted talk highlighting a Different Freedoms and teachers Voice of Patriotism enchanted Patriotic feelings in audience.
– The Chief guest speech emphasized the importance of freedom, unity, and responsibility.
– Students showcased their creativity through paintings, posters, and slogans, which was done during their Fine Arts classes.
– The school’s choir performed a medley of patriotic songs.
– The event concluded with the distribution of sweets and a vote of thanks.
Followed by Parents teachers Open day in all the classes of Grade 6-12.
The Independence Day celebrations at Sri Venkateswara Mat. Hr. Sec. School were a resounding success, fostering a sense of patriotism and national pride among students, teachers and staff. The event served as a reminder of the sacrifices made by freedom fighters and the importance of upholding the values of freedom.
