IMPACT 2024 – ART, was the theme of Sri Venkateswara Public Senior Secondary School, (CBSE) Puzhal, which showcased how art can be an integral part of learning, be it in the form of theatre, puppet show, linguistic art & dance and Multilingualism. It effectively established the objective of NEP 2020.
Theatre and art should be a part of the school curriculum. India with its diverse culture has a humungous variety to explore. This was displayed through a story telling which gradually concluded with stressing on one nation; one thought, despite diversity.
The outcome of the event reached out stating that multilingual learners develop better memory, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. It enhances career opportunities and better understanding of one’s native language. Multilingual learners can tap into a broader range of information, literature, and resources along with increasing creativity and innovative thinking.
The programme successfully captured the attention of its audience across languages, promoting art integration and multilingualism, celebrating linguistic diversity and facilitating all art forms.
