Festivals build group cohesiveness, bring people together, break the monotony of routine, and energise the body, mind, and spirit. Echoing this festive spirit, the students of Sri Venkateswara Nursery & Primary School celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with much zeal and zest on 1st September 2022. Ganesha is the first to be worshiped among all the gods in Hindu mythology. He is known as the God of prosperity and wisdom who removes all obstacles, bestows happiness, and spreads peace. The students took turns and spoke about the festival and its significance. The keen toddlers presented a skit on the importance of the moral virtues of devotion and obedience, synonymous with the attributes exhibited by Lord Ganesh towards his parents.
