International Yoga Day

A Path to wellness .
On June 21st, Sri Venkateswara Mat.Hrsec school joined the global festivities honoring yoga’s profound benefits. And to discover its ancient wisdom through poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Yoga Enhances focus, reduces stress, and foster well-being. Students embraced this holistic practice to cultivate a balanced mind and body. Yoga: uniting students worldwide in health and harmony.Mr.Boopathy, our yoga teacher prepared videos and posted in the students groups prior to the International yoga day, for the students to practise and demonstrate in the respective class rooms.
