Pongal Celebration

Pongal is also celebrated as a thanks giving festival for various Hindu deities. It is the day of a new beginning and makes people go for joyful celebrations. Sri Venkateswara Nursery and Primary School celebrated the Pongal festival on 13^th January  in a splendid manner. The celebrations started with our traditional song. The students and parents participated in many competitions and did a magnificent job to add laurels to the Pongal celebrations. The Pongal celebration stood as a true manifestation of our rich culture and traditions.
