SVPS Building Inauguration & SVGS Founder’s Day

The fourth Saturday of October 2021- 23.10.2021 became one of the most important days that found a fitting place in the timeline of SVGS. The day turned out to be the day of triple celebration – the inauguration of the new building of Sri Venkateswara Public School, Puzhal, the Founder’s day and SVGS Annual day, rightly named as ‘Dream SVGS’ . The Annual day was the culmination of all the bubbling events that happened in the four campuses of SVGS, celebrating the Founder’s day and the silver jubilee year of two of SVGS’ branches, SVNP and SVM. The Annual day had the Honourable Minister of School Education, Government of Tamilnadu, Thiru. Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi as the chief guest who inaugurated the new building.
Thiru.S.Sudharshanam, Member of the Legislative Assembly, Madhavaram constituency, was the guest of honour. The Founder Principal of SVGS, Dr.Smt. Uma Kannan welcomed the gathering. The annual report of SVGS was presented by Smt. Dhanya Bharathi, the CEO of SVGS. ‘Patshaala’ the annual magazine of Sri Venkateswara Vidhyalaya was released by the Honourable Minister. The guests addressed the gathering after giving away the proficiency awards to the students of SVPS . The most innovative declaration of the Government of Tamilnadu, ‘ Illam Thedi Kalvi’ was announced by the Honourable minister of School Education, Thiru.Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi and it was welcomed by all. The Correspondent of SVGS, Thiru.Alagarsamy Kannan, the Founder of Principal of SVGS, Dr. Smt. Uma Kannan and all the thought leaders of all the four schools felicitated the guests and the eminent achievers of the year. The entire family of SVGS found it very refreshing and enthusiastic to be in the midst of the elite personalities of the day. The Principal of Sri Venkateswara Public School , Ms. M.Renuka , expressed her gratitude through her vote of thanks. The official gathering came to an end with the National Anthem.
The cultural events took place there after, and was a delight to all the spectators. Sri Venkateswara Nursery and Primary School performed on the theme ‘Dream, believe and succeed’, while Sri Venkateswara Vidhyalaya performed on ‘Dream India’, Sri Venkateswara Public School on ‘Simulacrum ’21 ‘ and Sri Venkateswara Matriculation Higher Secondary School on ‘Transfora 21’. The cultural events stood as standing examples of the talents of the students and the coordination of the staff of the various branches. The entire event which will ever stay in our minds for years, got over with the vibrant School Anthem played by the SVGS band.
