26th July 2023 was a momentous day in the calendar of Sri Venkateswara Public Sr. Sec. School. This day witnessed the Investiture Ceremony, bestowing responsibilities on the deserving young leaders of the school. The Chief Guest of the day, Commander Anand Thambu, Indian Navy, badged and appreciated the talent, commitment, confidence and competence of the senate members. 24 young leaders – tomorrow’s global leaders, were honoured during the ceremony by the dignitaries who graced the occasion.
Our Founder Principal Dr. Smt. Uma Kannan released the house points to ignite the spirit of competition. School band, a song on leadership, drill, yoga and dance showcased the collaborative skills of our students, to work in unison. Parents who graced the occasion were enthralled and filled with pride, to watch their loved ones grow up to lead as a member of the school senate, taking office.
